โ Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is the exterior really wax or is it plastic with a coating?
A: It’s real paraffin wax โ not plastic, not a thin coating. It has the weight, texture, and matte finish of a genuine candle. The base is plastic to house the battery and electronics โ that’s standard for all flameless candles.
Q: How does the timer work?
A: Use the remote to select 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours. The candle will stay lit for that duration, then turn off. It repeats automatically every 24 hours at the same time โ set it once and enjoy daily!
Q: How long do batteries actually last?
A: Up to 350 hours on paper. With typical 4-hour nightly use, expect 2โ3 months before needing fresh batteries. LED technology is very energy-efficient.
Q: Can I leave it on all night?
A: Yes โ it’s completely safe with no flame risk. However, using the timer function is recommended to preserve battery life. Most buyers use the 6-hour setting โ perfect for evening ambiance then auto-off for the night.
Q: Can I buy multiple colors to mix & match?
A: Absolutely! Burnt Orange + Green is a classic fall combo, while Dusty Blue adds an elegant modern twist. All colors share the same realistic pumpkin shape and warm flickering glow.
